Welcome to the 2025 Valero South Western Retailer Meeting. We are pleased to host our retailer meeting at Celtic Manor, which consists of a 5-star hotel, award-winning Forum Spa and 3 championship golf courses.

During the meeting, we’ll provide you with an update as to what’s happening at Valero, distribution & industry updates and news of our marketing initiatives. It’ll be a great opportunity to meet other Valero supplied retailers and talk to Valero management. In addition we’ll have a number of vendors and guest speakers attending the meeting.

After the meeting, guests will be able to book rounds of golf, spa treatments and accommodation all priced at discounted rates through Celtic Manor's website.

Directions & Parking

As you are approaching on the M4, exit at Junction 24. At the roundabout take the B4237 towards Newport. You will see a large Celtic Manor sign after 100 metres, turn right. You will drive across an overpass (crossing over the M4) and then hit a fork in the road (goes left and right). You are now at Celtic Manor Resort. Follow the directions signposted to take you to Celtic Manor Golf Club.

At the fork in the road turn left and proceed up the steep hill, following signs for Celtic Manor Golf Club and Golf Academy. Follow the road through the golf course and drive past the front of the Golf Club. Turn right and follow the road a short distance until you reach the Golf Academy Car Park on your left where you can park.
